Tim or anyone else,

I like to hear your take on the company " Reed Elsevier " on the 7/7 thing and do you see any connections to the 9/11 thing.

All I know is they have alot to do with IT in hospitals and healthcare.

An interesting aspect of terror hoaxes:
how to supposedly have the hospitals overrun with casualties?
Having control of hospital computers would help...

Reed Elsevier commissioned a drill from Peter Power's Visor consultants on July 7 2005 which we are told is similar to the official 7/7 event (4 tube station bombs or something).

Surely such a drill would be incomplete without proceeding from the "ground zero" to the hospitals? But we never hear of that aspect of the supposed "drill".

Were certain hospitals primed for a "drill" that day too?

BTW:
What business have Visor or Reed Elsevier got to take over the city transport system with their BS regardless of whether it was a straightforward drill or the basis for the whole 7/7 hoax?

As for 9/11 -
Reed Elsevier PLC is listed in London and New York
Reed Elsevier NV is listed in Amsterdam and New York
Reed Elsevier's business structure is described here:

Does anyone have a phD in confusing diagrams?

That's quite a salient point, why would a publishing company need to undertake such a drill.
Especially when they're based at 1-3 The Strand. If the drill was to be carried out at Railway Stations why not nearby Charring Cross Station.
Instead of Kings Cross, Liverpool St, ( close to Aldgate tube) and Edgeware rd. (close to Paddington)
I once worked a few years for a large Corporate in the Strand, the only drill we had was a fire drill, where everyone assembled at the front of a nearby tube station.

I wonder how much the senior executives at Reed Elsevier got paid, for agreeing to be the Peter Power client, a few years after the fact.

I have recently come to the conclusion that the Reed-Elsevier connection [is] may be a red-herring. Power didnt let anything slip that he wasn't supposed to let slip.

What I remember from reading about Reed-Elsevier is that they are an Anglo-Dutch publishing house concerned with Terrorist Manuals for the so-called military and Medical manuals for Surgeons who pick up the pieces of the former's exploits. A conflict arose between both parties. One of their other functions is arranging Arms-Fairs.

Focusing on Reed-Elsevier takes the spotlight off the real culprits - The filthy murderous Blair UK Government of liars.

Were Reed-Elsevier responsible too for the BBC Panorama TV program which went out one year prior to the 7/7 SIMULATION and which featured Peter Power and which correctly predicted the "attacks" and targets? I doubt it, but I'm open to persuasion.

Seems like Power’s character came along to kill some birds with stones. He certainly magnetised a whole load of CTs with his story, and with his seemingly bungled attempts to explain it away with the Unplanned Coincidence Theory crudely sewn to the ‘sim validation’ line. A typical presentation goes like the CBS Tonight interview:

Power: It's a coincidence, and it's a spooky coincidence. Our scenario was very similar - it wasn't totally identical, but it was based on bombs going off, to the time, the locations, all this sort of stuff. But it wasn't an accident [CLUNG] in the sense that London has a history of bombs [huh?], and the reason why our emergency services did so well, and prepared probably better than any other city in the world, sadly they have to be [WTF?]. So it wasn't exactly rocket science or totally out of the pale to come up with that scenario, unusual though it be to stop the exercise and go into real time, and it worked very well, although there was a few seconds when the audience didn't realise whether it was real or not.

London’s ‘history of bombs’ hardly swings the odds in favour of a precise match of terrorist attack and simulation, but it does begin to explain why Visor simulated a bomb attack in the capital rather than, say, a crazy squirrel attack in Morecombe. Pete spins it the same way in writing and other interviews, always making a total hash of the grammar and the ideas. I suspect Pete is not a retard; he’s using military grade language

Since there was no ‘simulation’, only a grand illusion, then no client was necessary, and I assume for now that Reed has merely allowed its name to be used. That’s not to say Reed wasn’t involved in the 7/7 production, but they certainly hadn’t hired Visor for a sim. What is clear is that Pete should be nailed to a tree for questioning.

I'm with basically with Brian and Idschmyd - Peter Power magnetises the conspiracy theorists with his amazing coincidence and his funny way with language.

Visor - Power's consultancy - has a website which seems to revel in the innuendos, just to reward the CTs who will look at his site after watching Ripple Effect:

Helping you understand the pitfalls of not treating your people correctly whenever any sort of drama occurs. Dealing with personal and group level stress and trauma during and after any dramatic incident to forestall the long term effects of a catastrophe.

-------
However, in real dramas there is no one truly measuring just how well, or otherwise, you coped, then analysing the results, followed by a structured de-brief session to deliberately capture every single success / problem identified.

http://www.visorconsultants.com/businesscontinuity.htm

And so attention is drawn to Reed Elsevier - a big, unwieldy, unfamous company.

But, as mentioned in my post above, I am interested in the medical / hospital aspect of 7/7 and 9/11 - the medics, therapists, psychologists and academics.

While Reed Elsevier has alot of Medical and psychological tools and IT stuff, this company may not be the best entry point to the topic.
