'Pavlo Lapshyn' charged, Mohammed Saleem murder, 22/7/2013

This is the forum dedicated to all 'minor' local psyops - phony murders, kidnappings and whatnot. It has now become evident that the news media constantly feeds the public with entirely fake stories - in order to keep us in eternal fear of our next-door neighbours and fellow citizens.

'Pavlo Lapshyn' charged, Mohammed Saleem murder, 22/7/2013

'...A 25-year-old Ukrainian man has been charged with the "terrorist-related" murder of Birmingham grandfather Mohammed Saleem, police have said.

Mr Saleem, 82, was stabbed as he walked home after prayers from a mosque in Green Lane, Small Heath, on 29 April.

Pavlo Lapshyn, a student from Dnipropetrovsk, is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.

The above ridiculous image from 'Bruce Adams' at the Daily Mail, again. But also reproduced here in the Ukrainian media.

I predicted that northern Europe would see more bogus attacks from NATO Partnership for Peace signatory states, and this incident confirms my suspicion that NATO is the source of many of these hoax news stories.

More clues:

'...Lapshyn was offered the chance to work for Delcam in Birmingham, which started in April. There he met Denis Negreba, 22, another Ukrainian student, who was also arrested for terror offences before being released without charge on Sunday night...'

Delcam? From the company's own website:

Humphreys has certainly done very well from the business:

'...In 2008 Green Lane Masjid & Community Centre became an independent charity...'

Other charged student, SIM Denis Negreba

Unread post by Euphoria »

This appears to be the profile, real or fake, of the Denis Negreba also charged in connection with the 'crime.'

https://www.facebook.com/denis.negreba

Curiously, Negreba has only four friends on his account - and just one from Kharkov Polytechnic:

In turn, Negreba's friends have very few friends on their own accounts. Not that this proves anything, of course. But we know from the recent experience of Libya and Egypt that the CIA operates numerous fake profiles in target countries.

I wonder if Daria, above, is a SIM or a carefully-placed government agent who will be revealed on Ukrainian TV to recount her relationship with this 'boy next door villain.'

Below, another of Negreba's supposed friends on Facebook:

About Kharkov Polytechnic Institute

Unread post by Euphoria »

Trying to find more information about the Polytechnic Institute's international links, I found that it was a member of the following:

Image

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_U ... ssociation

The European University Association (EUA) represents and supports more than 850 institutions of higher education in 47 countries, providing them with a forum for cooperation and exchange of information on higher education and research policies. Members of the Association are European universities involved in teaching and research, national associations of rectors and other organisations active in higher education and research.

More about the current rector, Professor L.L. Tovazhniansky, and his Polytechnic Institute, here:

Image

http://www.kpi.kharkov.ua/en/home/rector

So we learn that Kharkov Polytechnic Institute is:

* A powerful hub for the Internet system licensed by the Ministry of Communication which serves as the basis for the local scientific and educational network serving 20 educational and scientific institutions in the city of Kharkov.
* A member of the European University Association since 2007

I wonder if the EUA has some connection with the NATO Partnership for Peace programme. Considering the European Commission's seeming involvement in the Norway fake terror, it wouldn't surprise me if the EUA was involved in both.

Who then, is Maria Helena Nazaré?

'...She formally became President of the EUA in March 2012. She has also participated in OECD-led evaluations in Catalonia and Lombardy and ENQA evaluations in Galicia and Finland...'

And below, further confirmation as to what the EUA is all about:
