Indeed. It took some simple introspection for me to fully realize and recognize why I was so willing to believe that a wealthy, extremist, misanthropic sand nigger would orchestrate an attack on innocent american citizens with infectious smiles, carried out by 19 backwards-third-world, smelly, brown camel jockey cave dwellers. All because they hate our freedoms, and are jealous, etc. Being a cowboy, I quite liked the OCT for a while (but, please... it's not unique to Americans). The psyop is so damned effective because of how emotional and sentimental the event was. Fuck rational thinking. Fuck video aberrations. It's really that simple. I know geniuses otherwise capable of detecting simple anomalies here and there, who can't see what I allow myself to now see - for shit's sake! Maybe we should consider offering or recommending some introspective psychology course for those sadly locked in their stubbornness and resistance!

Bertrand Russell, who was instrumental in the founding of our modern education system tells us why "smart" people are fooled in his two books titled 'The Scientific Outlook' and the follow up titled 'The Impact of Science on Society'. As you will see, the term "smart" doesn’t necessarily mean intelligence, common sense, or that you have a mind of your own, it just means that you’ve been totally conditioned to work in their system like a worker bee in a hive. I highly recommend you get these two books, as they are written like manuals on the instruments of control in the new world order, or scientific dictatorship as this scum bag called it.

The Scientific Outlook:
"Education has two purposes: on the one hand to form the mind, on the other hand to train the citizen. [...]

Education in a scientific society may, I think, be best conceived after the analogy of the education provided by the Jesuits. The Jesuits provided one sort of education for the boys who were to become ordinary men of the world, and another for those who were to become members of the Society of Jesus. In like manner, the scientific rulers will provide one kind of education for ordinary men and women, and another for those who are to become holders of scientific power. Ordinary men and women will be expected to be docile, industrious, punctual, thoughtless, and contented. Of these qualities probably contentment will be considered the most important. In order to produce it, all the researches of psycho-analysis, behaviourism, and biochemistry will be brought into play. Children will be educated from their earliest years in the manner which is found least likely to produce complexes. Almost all will be normal, happy, healthy boys or girls. Their diet will not be left to the caprices of parents, but will be such as the best biochemists recommend. They will spend much time in the open air, and will be given no more book-learning than is absolutely necessary. Upon the temperament so formed, docility will be imposed by the methods of the drill-sergeant, or perhaps by the softer methods employed upon Boy Scouts. All the boys and girls will learn from an early age to be what is called "co-operative," i.e., to do exactly what everybody is doing. Initiative will be discouraged in these children, and insubordination, without being punished, will be scientifically trained out of them. Their education thought will be in great part manual, and when their school years come to an end they will be taught a trade. In deciding what trade they are to adopt, experts will appraise their aptitudes. Formal lessons, in so far as they exist, will be conducted by means of the cinema or the radio, so that one teacher can give simultaneous lessons in all the classes throughout a whole country. The giving of these lessons will, of course, be recognized as a highly skilled undertaking, reserved for the members of the governing class. All that will be required locally to replace the present-day school-teacher will be a lady to keep order, though it is hoped that the children will be so well-behaved that they will seldom require this estimable person's services." - Pg. 181-192

As for the manual workers, they will be discouraged from serious thought: they will be made as comfortable as possible, and their hours of work will be much shorter than they are at present; they will have no fear of destitution or of misfortune to their children. As soon as working hours are over, amusements will be provided, or a sort calculated to cause wholesome mirth, and to prevent any thoughts of discontent which otherwise might cloud their happiness. - Pg. 185
Evidently, Carroll Quigley in his book titled 'The Anglo American Establishment' says that Cecil Rhodes in his founding of the secret society network which today goes under many different front groups like the Council on Foreign Relations was also modeled after the Jesuits.

The Impact of Science on Society:
"The completeness of the resulting control over opinion depends in various ways upon scientific technique. Where all children go to school, and all schools are controlled by the government, the authorities can close the minds of the young to everything contrary to official orthodoxy. Printing is impossible without paper, and all paper belongs to the State. Broadcasting and the cinema are equally public monopolies. The only remaining possibility of unauthorised propaganda is by secret whispers from one individual to another. But this, in turn, is rendered appallingly dangerous by improvements in the art of spying. Children at school are taught that it is their duty to denounce their parents if they allow themselves subversive utterances in the bosom of the family. No one can be sure that a man who seems to be his dearest friend will not denounce him to the police; the man may himself have been in some trouble, and may know that if he is not efficient as a spy his wife and children will suffer. All this is not imaginary, it is daily and hourly reality. Nor, given oligarchy, is there the slightest reason to expect anything else." - Pg. 58

"Scientific societies are as yet in their infancy. It may be worthwhile to spend a few moments in speculating as to possible future developments of those that are oligarchies.

It is to be expected that advances in physiology and psychology will give governments much more control over individual mentality than they now have even in totalitarian countries. Fichte laid it down that education should aim at destroying free will, so that, after pupils have left school, they shall be incapable, throughout the rest of their lives, of thinking or acting otherwise than as their schoolmasters would have wished. But in his day this was an unattainable ideal: what he regarded as the best system in existence produced Karl Marx. In future such failures are not likely to occur where there is dictatorship. Diet, injections, and injunctions will combine, from a very early age, to produce the sort of character and the sort of beliefs that the authorities consider desirable, and any serious criticism of the powers that be will become psychologically impossible. Even if all are miserable, all will believe themselves happy, because the government will tell them that they are so." - Pg. 61
As a result of the brainwashing we get on a daily basis from the classroom to the cinema among other things, Mr. Russell said that "A revolt of the plebs would become as unthinkable as an organised insurrection of sheep against the practice of eating mutton."

One problem is that education leads to one overall inaccurate belief: You think you're smarter than you are. Three studies have found that people who fall for investment scams are better-educated than the average person but don't seek advice because they think they're immune to making mistakes. In one study, researchers found that 94 percent of college professors think their work is superior to their peers'. These fellows fail to realize that intelligence doesn't always translate to real-world ability, and thus they tend to overestimate the quality of their work.

More from the article:
It seems to go back to the old saying about how the wisest man is the one who realizes he knows nothing. Or, as Michael Shermer, the author of Why People Believe Weird Things, puts it: "Smart people believe weird things because they are skilled at defending beliefs they arrived at for non-smart reasons."

That's why the more education you get, the more likely you are to believe in, say, ghosts and the supernatural. One study found that 23 percent of college freshman believed in the paranormal, compared with 31 percent of seniors and 34 percent of graduate students. Which leads us to wonder ... what the fuck are schools teaching these days?
The most "informed" in the world (in the sense of consuming the most "education" as we call it & mass media) are the most propagandized and brainwashed, yet they don't know their heads are in fact filled with pure bull shit. They have been programmed to react to certain stimuli in a certain way, hence why you get the preconditioned responses like Hoi.Polloi described. Their minds are like drones, they can only think logically or in 0’s & 1’s, making it easy for the manipulators to lead the masses to their conclusions. In scientific jargon, it means their brains can’t create its own neural pathways and connect even the closest of dots; they aren't actually thinking like a real organic being or a human, they think more like robots. As a result of the massive attack they have endured since birth and in some cases before birth, their brains are literary contained in a box (this is the symbolism of the square caps you get when you graduate from school, your mind has been boxed in, in freemasonry they are called mortarboards, symbolizing their control of the education system, the hanging tassel and gown means you've been emasculated). This is why, among other things, that no matter how much evidence you give them about anything outside of their conditioning they get from the system, if one dot is out of place, their minds can't compute, yes, this is deliberate.
"There is no nonsense so arrant that it cannot be made the creed of the vast majority by adequate governmental action." - Bertrand Russell

Let's keep in mind that the vast majority of people - the 99% who aren't included in the 'highly intelligent' - are equally unwilling to think for themselves. Evil doesn't require high intelligence to believe in or implement, e.g., the redneck crackers who lynched blacks in the Deep South 100 years ago for the town's entertainment, so let's not blame one tiny segment of Western society.

Having said that, Dcopymope, I really like your posts today on the problems of arrogance and superiority that infest (and infect) the highly educated.

Oh of course, I wasn't just talking about those that have a higher level of "education" (a higher level of brainwashing); this of course applies to the masses also. The ruling establishment can't do anything without the support of the people, it’s a symbiotic relationship. If they didn't need us, the general public, then there wouldn't be any need for all of this intense indoctrination to get us to go along with their new world order agenda. Looking at all of the instruments of brainwashing as a whole that we were all subjected to from birth, including lobotomizing the part of the brain that gives you your survival capabilities through the vaccines, it should be a miracle that we on this forum got through unscathed for the most part at least, and is aware that there is a foul poisonous gas enveloping the world and are now trying to find out where the source of that gas is coming from to eliminate it before it eliminates us.

Sorry for the length of the quoted passage.
The Essential Rules Of Liberty

There is nothing worse in this world than an enslaved man who naively believes himself free, except, perhaps, trying to explain to that same man his predicament. You can lay truth after truth before his feet. You can qualify your every position with cold hard irrefutable data. You can plead and scream and raise veritable hell, but before he will ever listen, he must first become aware of his own dire circumstances. As long as he views himself as “safe and secure”, as long as he imagines his chains to be wings, he will see no reason to question the validity of the world around him, and he will certainly never invest himself into changing his own deluded destiny.

Unfortunately, there are many such men crawling and scraping about here in what was once a land graced with a self sufficient and independently minded public majority. The great lie that has been perpetuated in this country over the past several decades is that we can defer our responsibilities of vigilance and place our well being and our futures into the hands of others for the sake of “collective efficiency”, or leisure. We have been conditioned to live in a state of constant indifference, a society which prizes compromise over principle and steadfast resolve. Those who refuse to compromise that which is honorable for the sake of ease and comfort are indicted as “extremist” or even criminal. The idea of personal revolution is treated with discomfort, and all we claim to stand for becomes muddled in a fog of inaction and cynicism.
...
Rule #2: Educate Yourself

Do not assume that you already have a tangible grasp of the truth, especially if all your knowledge has been handed to you. Instead, research that knowledge for yourself. Put that which you have been taught to the test. Only in this way will you finally learn. Expand your horizons. Learn something useful. Remove unnecessary distractions for at least part of your day and focus on increasing your awareness of the environment you live in. There are very few things in this world more important than this, and self education should take precedence over everything else except your family. “Lack of time” is no excuse for ignorance. Make time! The ignorant are led. The knowledgeable lead themselves.
...
Rule #6: Ignore Establishment Labels

Tactical name calling is only effective if we actually care what other people think of us. Labels like “homegrown terrorist”, “extremist”, “doomer”, or “conspiracy theorist”, are designed to shame people into self censorship. That is to say, they pigeonhole movements and their participants into categories of public shame, causing said movements to fear social reprisal. They are also meant to forcefully assign “outsider” or “fringe” status to particular political positions in order to marginalize and weaken the resolve of those who hold them. Never mind that almost every powerful and honorable cultural movement in history once started out as “fringe”.

Early in our lives, we are taught that it is far better to be accepted, and to avoid standing out, even at the expense of our individualism. Unfortunately, many adults never outgrow this childish belief, and thus become vulnerable to tactics as absurd as simple ridicule. At bottom, being slandered by a thieving bureaucracy infested with soulless parasites bent on centralization at the expense of innocent human life is a bit laughable (this goes for you too, SPLC). Globalists, along with their media cronies and their think-tank sock puppets, will say ANYTHING to get what they want. Empty words and false labels cannot stop the truth.

http://www.informationclearinghouse.inf ... e28519.htm
Further to the bolded sentence, it always surprises people when I say "I don't care what anyone thinks ... [long pause] about what I think." People are amazed anyone would ever say that out loud - until they consider the implications of the last four words.

And then it dawns on them that I am impervious to their emotional words and ridiculing of my comments - and they go silent.

Ever heard of Plato's cave?

I think Plato had a good point, even though he lived thousands of years ago.

Image

Most people that leave the cave are blinded by the sun (or lets say, the truth) and they don't feel confident anymore so they crawl back into their cave and live life just as they did before. Only a few people make it out of the cave.

For the note: I know many people that I would consider intelligent but somehow they just don't care whats going on in politics and the media. They are genius in maths or whatever but they are just not interested in these topics. This might be another reason.

Someone who will fall for whatever bull shit hoax the government wants them to believe in is not intelligent by my definition. By the systems definition however, they are intelligent because they can operate within it like a worker bee in a hive. They can make tons of mathematical calculations all in their pretty little heads, but there minds are in fact contained in a box, or in Plato’s cave, they are a complete waste of your time.

From what I have observed (especially my friends), people don't seem to be all that interested in the veracity of what's being reported and spoonfed. They are only interested in the "news" insofar as it serves their own personal agendas either as antagonizing or as appeasing phenomena. But the great irony is of course that's exactly what "they" want you to do. Treat the serious ontological question of whether a piece of "news" ever happened as secondary or even redundant and jump straight into your own agenda from the angle(s) we've provided.

I noticed especially with the Norwegian psy-op this relief and eagerness to believe, especially in those who had long wanted to distance themselves from these past 10 years of muslim hatred, but couldn't find a proper channel to do it, without turning into "conspiracy theorists".

With the Norwegian psyop, all of a sudden they were allowed to be indignant at those who had rushed to blame "al quaeda" for the Oslo bombing! When all the time Christians were to blame! What a relief! To be able in their heads to build a bridge towards the anti-islam skeptics, without having to set out against the system!

(see, people in the hearts always want to "get along").

I believe such "release valves" are set out periodically by the media, to help "smart" people conserve for a longer time their faith in the system in general.

I'll notice that a similar, reversed orchestral passage was accomplished at the time of the Madrid bombing, when Aznar at first blamed ETA, only to then having to admit it was al-quaeda all along. The spaniards, brainwashed to fear the basques for decades, were now allowed to sigh in relief for the release of the pressure of lies from that old part of their brains.

It’s really simple, its reinstallation of the fear and terror that was triggered into the public conscious on 9/11. The reinforcement of the fear based around 9/11 will continue with subsequent staged events and the 9/11 anniversary itself until they replace the threat of terrorism, or Al Qaeda, with another external threat.

That is THEIR plan sir it's just too bad that only about 5% of the people in this country truly realize it. When you have a President staging visits with vicsims family's at the memorial? That should tell you we're in DEEP with No lifejacket! Would that be considered Slander what I just said about the Commander and Chief? Oh Well :D
