AT http://www.military.com/video/operation ... 709958001/ we see some US killers in f-king action on top of a f-king hill trying to hit a f-cking white building, etc. No enemy in sight, of course. :P

Wow! Thanks muchly for alerting me to this fact! I'm fixing it now, though... :)

See, it seems that what they did was simply to change the 'title' of the URL's of those pictures. For instance, the first jpg image (of "Kevin Reinhard") I posted in this thread was:
http://www.militarytimes.com/assets/hon ... 568098.jpg

Now, the URL has been changed to:
http://projects.militarytimes.com/valor ... 568098.jpg

Simple as that! Now, WHY did they do this? I really don't know ! Perhaps to keep me busy? ... :P

In connection with the Boston marathon bombing, here's the memorial for the alleged son of actor "Carlos Arredondo", who plays the "peace activist" as well as the occasional immigrant-american-hero for Obama's america.

Marine Lance Cpl. Alexander S. Arredondo

Yes apparently the official image for this guy is a scan from a newspaper (or a photo of a picture in a frame. Either way).
A variant of this picture, without any of the scratches but with a stronger analog effect, can be found on boston.com (where else?): http://www.boston.com/yourtown/news/jam ... _to_b.html

From another source, we are asked to believe this is an authentic picture of both the Arredondo brothers (variations on the Matt Damon theme, apparently):

Image
"A photo of Alex and Brian. (Courtesy of the Arredondo Family)" from http://hereandnow.wbur.org/2012/08/31/c ... brian-alex

Is there any picture with any member of the "Arredondo" family that does not contain an american flag, i wonder?

Here's another photshop disaster with american flag, and an even stronger matt damon morphing:

From http://freedomquilts.net/2010/07/marine ... arredondo/

And here's a picture from flickr with two other soldiers playing egyptians. No american flags at last, but a feeling of photoshopness nonetheless:

A brief but useful account of the first appearance of Arredondo on the news, back in 2007, can be found on the nytimes here:
http://www.nytimes.com/2007/02/01/nyreg ... .html?_r=0
He took a sledgehammer and smashed the government van’s windshield and hopped inside. As the officers tried to calm him, Mr. Arredondo doused himself and the van with gasoline and lit the torch.

There was an explosion, and the officers dragged Mr. Arredondo to safety. He suffered second- and third-degree burns over 20 percent of his body.

“I went to my son’s funeral on a stretcher,” he said.

After nearly 10 months of healing, including several in the hospital, Mr. Arredondo became a full-time war protester, quitting work as a handyman to remind people across the country of the human price of war.

His son was posthumously awarded a Purple Heart. But no commendation will fill the void he left behind, Mr. Arredondo said.

“Every day we have G.I.’s being killed, and people don’t really care enough or do enough to protest about how the war is going,” Mr. Arredondo said yesterday. “Some people say I’m dishonoring my son by doing this, but this is my pain, my loss.”
Aside of the tragicomic double standard, where only the deaths of americans matter while the countless civilian victims in foreign countries are completely ignored, you gotta wonder how someone survived burns after dousing himself in gasoline --and how do you afford to quit your job and be a "full-time war protester" in today's america. Who pays for it?

A little over a year ago, our mechanic tossed a used fuel pump into the garbage can at his shop. It left a trail of gas on the floor and evidently he had gotten some gasoline on his clothes as well, while removing the pump. As bad luck would have it, the pump struck something in the can that created a spark which ignited the trail, his clothes, etc.

He spent months in the hospital, underwent several surgeries, and still wears a sleeve of some sort to protect and/or camouflage the injured arm. His hand shows quite visible signs of scarring, as well as his arm. In fact, he will likely never recover cosmetically and is still recovering physically.

He certainly didn't "douse" himself with gasoline; I suspect it was a slosh or two, and localized to small areas.

These stories are a joke.

So true. If he had doused himself in a van and survived he'd look like a burnt marshmallow and not the rugged super hero who kicked the shite out of a cheap little fence all while waving an American flag made in China. Were this a real backstory and not crap the media would be digging into it like vultures on a dead goat. Instead it was briefly reported than tossed down the memory hole. Put out there purely to aid in galvanizing a certain emotional reaction among the oafs and dolts who buy into this stuff.

CARLOS ARREDONDO - war activist

It looks like our Boston cowboy-hero has been around for a long time, playing out a "Bob McIlvaine-type grieving father act" for the peace activist crowd - much like sobber Bob 'entertains' the 9/11 'truther community'. Carlos is mostly known for dragging around a mock-coffin of his "Alexander" around the country at anti-war rallies, but also around Capitol Hill, Crawford, Province Town and - yes - WACO! In such occasions, he'd be attacked by outraged, 'patriotic rightists' for doing so - stirring up strife, hubbub and uproar to the delight of the news media - and the DOD...

Image

I found this old 2007 article at a blog called 'Pro Libertate' run by one William N. Grigg. I'd just like to quote a few passages containing 'fascinating' tidbits of the official Arredondo tale...

"Carlos Arrendondo, a native of Costa Rica, wasn't even a citizen of the United States when he learned on August 25, 2004, that his oldest son Alexander had been killed in Iraq."

"Momentarily deranged, Carlos went into his garage and grabbed a container of gasoline and a welding torch, which he used to set the Marine Casualty Assistance Team's van on fire -- igniting himself in the process."

"Since that horrible morning, Carlos has become a U.S. citizen and enlisted in the anti-war movement. He is often found at anti-war protests displaying photographs of his lost son. During the recent anti-war rally in Washington, Carlos brought up the rear of the march, pulling a mock-up of a flag-draped casket bearing his son's name and photograph."

You've gotta love this sentence describing Arredondo's alleged son purportedly killed in Iraq: <_<

"Long before becoming a Marine, and then a corpse, Alexander Arredondo was a flesh-and-blood human being -- his father's firstborn son."

I guess this was an important thing to specify. We might otherwise have been left wondering whether Alexander was, prior to being a corpse, just made out of thin air, of marshmallow gum - or any other lifeless substance...

And - get this - here's none other than Amy Goodman singing the sad Arredondo-hero song to her "Democracy Now" audience - back in 2006. Watch and weep. (from 2:56 onwards)

Who would even take a picture of their dead loved one in a coffin — let alone super-size it to carry around — unless they never existed <_< Gives a whole new meaning to "protest too much"!

Wow! Boston vicsim "blood" stains stay red — even after 2 days!
