It's impossible as they have already cleaned everything up and reopened the sidewalks and the stores. Not a spec of blood can be seen.

Where did you find that image? It has apparently been doctored to "enhance" someone's argument for "actors". All the images are fake so no people were required for these & no need to have "wrong" ID tags unless planting "conspiracy bait".

Damn! Nice catch Maat, sorry for the confusion. I will need to track down where I found that image. I had sourced the original from the Huffington Post but I don't have photoshop on this machine so was unable to view the zoom for myself. Thanks for pointing it out, I'll make sure to be more careful next time.

I recognize that shade of red. It was marketed under the brand of PLA Plastic Model Paint. I couldn't get a hit on that but the one below should suffice. It looks like a "cardinal" red and just doesn't fit the scene.
Of course this is an enamel paint and wouldn't be suitable on site but the pigments would if the scene was "real." If the whole photo was faked then the Pantone Number (or similar system) would suffice.

Notice the woman in the jean jacket has two elbows. The fatso next to her has a see through fat belly. By the way, I have seen few other photos showing 'people' with cell phones pretending to take pictures or to watch the news just like the above picture.
