It should be quite clear now to everyone that the supposedly "grass roots" #JeSuisCharlie campaign came from the same psyop team as the rest of the scam.

Indeed, the Breivik farce also had tons of rose imagery. It seems like it is a relatively frequent aesthetic of these psyops, like Masonic obelisks, etc. A few trademarks/"branding" of the criminal alliance.
