Since evolution is commonly defined as 'something changing over time into something else', evolution is not an explanation of the Big Bang, commonly defined as the beginning of all of everything, including all matter. What (or who) is responsible for the change from the void that existed in the millisecond before the Big Bang exploded into being?

Until nonbelievers propose a workable theory that explains the creation of the first particle of matter from a vacuum, you can't dismiss 'the intelligent designer'. And, No, quantum doesn't suffice.

Dear Fbenario,

I probably believe in some form of "God" - a three-letter word which so many humans have problems with - even just mentioning or spelling out. In Italy, they say "non nominare il nome di Dio invano". The problem I have with it, is how this concept of "God" has been exploited for millennia by a bunch of stupid people in order to oppress and manipulate a larger amount of even more stupid people. Even wars are 'justified' in the name of God, for chrissakes...

Having said that, I respect any credence of every good-hearted / well-meaning man and woman of this planet. To be sure, as a descendant of the vikings, I would certainly not allow myself to laugh at my ancestors who believed in Thor, Odin and Freia. In any case - and as far as I know, the vikings never waged any wars or crusades to FORCE other tribes of this planet to believe in their own Gods. Likewise, anyone who today believes in his own God should just do so - without even discussing about it or engaging in confrontations about it. Now, this was just a humble sample of my feelings. Hope it didn't hurt yours.

This is technically the Zeitgeist version of history which tells us that there is no evidence for the existence of Jesus, that he is a copy cat of older alleged crucified saviors, a view now commonly held in the "truth" movement thanks to people like Michael Tsarion, Jordan Maxwell, David Icke. None of this came from any real scholarly source but is primarily how he it is viewed in the occult, a poison which mainly the three aforementioned individuals have been spreading.

When theists examines the world around them they see that there had to be a mind behind it (just like it takes intelligence to create the computer), something with infinite intelligence that isn't confined to our realm of time and space. The chances of something as complex as our DNA structure arriving about by pure chance is none. Even looking at a single cell, it still doesn't validate evolution in any way because of its immensely complex structure. They know this and that's why they are now throwing their argument off into outer space about alien origins.

I think this shows that Alex Jones is too quick to emotional outbursts broadcast all over creation before spending enough time in thought and persistent questioning. Our forum is more scientific, even if it is distastefully scientific and not compassionate enough for some.
