YES ! It is a real gem!
If we compare the Norge-TV version with this "original" we see that on the TV two short parts are used from the longer version. When he walks towards the square, he momentarily pan right, where there is a lot of people, a police officer/rescue worker, and a guy in a red shirt that comes running. This was cut, so the TV version don't show a lot of people on the square.
The TV version show a short cut with the black "car", that incidentally did not had its roof blown off like in the 7-7-05 London Terrorist Exercise. (An engine and a license plate would be nice, please!) He then pan upwards towards the building, and the cut in the TV version was made immediately prior to this.

We also notice, that the TV-copy is to a minimum of 4x better quality compared to the you-tube version. This must be due to "video compression" you may watch a music video on you-tube for comparison.

We find a non-conspiratorial Apollo mission video ... who would air a NON-conspiratorial moon landing video? (There is something seriously wrong here...) So, when it comes to evaluation of this particular camera-amateur, there is missing fire trucks, there is too much people, the video was cut not to show the people, published on a channel possibly even as ridiculous as the Tina cart channel, the TV have a much higher resolution version so I guess that this was not taken by any
cell-phone (?? possibly a very new cell-phone!) I would like to put in a question about the voice of the amateur on the film: If there is something wrong with the video, it is likely that the video is separate from the Talking, that is from a studio.
A lot of people is going like on a garbage dump, when, evidently, several more bombs could be set to go off at any minute. The psychology is also important: He walks right up to the exploded car, and actually pass by this car three times before the video go out. He must have bee told that the car is SAFE! The colour of the car is black, and no identifying object of any kind is seen.

The eyewitness "Lavrans Kierful" (a frankly unheard of/absurd Norwegian name, btw) gets interviewed on Norway's TV2:


The problem is, he is quite definitely standing in front of a green screen. I believe this gif proves this fact beyond reasonable doubt. Watch his body become larger in the frame - while all the rest remains at the same zoom. If you ask me: "why should that be necessary? The background is just a dull streetview/with trees?" Well, it doesn't matter WHY this was done. What matters is that it's a green screen. Those are studio images:

Which translates like this:

The Frogman pic is featured on the Norge-TV web site, and it is a obvious and clear FAKE due to its political content and also technical details, and re-use of a previously published picture. It is also a style-replica of the Harvey Oswald pic on Life Magazine. (That was also a composite; don't confuse the Lee and the Harvey Oswald.)

I think it's a hair dryer. But the two black lines pointed out here suggest that it was inserted digitally into the scene.
Of course, the two lines may be two thicker rods of what seems like a protective grill placed in front of the fan. I doubt it, though.



On a more 'logical' note:
1: Are all these people wishing to experience the thrill of another possible terror bomb?
2: Is the Oslo police so terminally inept that they would let all these people walk into this street?
