Mr. Sullenberger got the lion's share of attention following the amazing landing, but an unlikely love story between two passengers also scored big buzz. Ben Bostic and Laura Zych were strangers when they boarded the flight, not knowing that they were about to be part of a terrifying and triumphant event. After meeting at a reunion for the flight's survivors, the two struck up a conversation and one thing led to another. Now, they're a couple. Talk about having a great story whenever somebody asks how you met your significant other.

Of course, there were dozens of passengers on the flight, and while everyone walked away with their lives, many continue to struggle with post-traumatic stress. An article from the AP explains how some folks who were on flight 1549 are still too afraid to board planes. Others can't bring themselves to go swimming. For others, heights are now terrifying. Later this week, some of the survivors, including Sully, will gather near the spot in the Hudson where the plane went down. At the anniversary of the moment of impact "they will raise their glasses in a toast." Clearly, despite any hardships, they all have a lot to be grateful for.

I think its time to pay tribute to all the Canadian geese killed in the horrific crash against Flight US 1549 and lets hope they don't retaliate when Canada has the Olympics.

Why don't we have hundred of witness on the ground that saw " Sullys " fantastic landing on the Hudson and where are the amateur videos and why is the Jersey side in black and white and the plane in color in some of the shots?

I really love the CCTV "Camera" that follow the plane when it lands, these people that are putting things together are just plain stupid.

Look at the left wing and how long it is and from 1.00 look at the people and the tail coming in to the picture when the "Camera " moves to show the the left wing, whats up with that,lol?

You gotta wonder what incentives were given to these dozens and dozens of people to act as 'survivors'. Money? The opportunity to be part of some fake "terror-preventing" scenario? It boggles the mind.

Simon, would it be possible for you use an address outside Italy to register your YouTube account, while still leaving you in control? However that goes, we all may end up having to use proxy servers to access the internet freely, as folks in China do today.

I think you might be surprised that most of the world censors the Internet. China is an easy target for the western so-called news media.

Silvio Berlusconi has been asked by prosecutors to have a medical examination of his attack injuries - prompting renewed speculation the assault was a stunt.

TV footage showed the Italian premier covered in blood after being hit in the face by a miniature statue that was hurled at him following a political rally last month.

Officials said he suffered a fractured nose and two broken teeth but websites immediately began theorising the attack was a set-up.

At the time his personal doctor, Alfredo Zangrillo, said he would need at least 90 days to recover from the injuries.

However just over three weeks later, Mr Berlusconi, 73, was seen without any noticeable cuts and scars.

Depending on the medical report prosecutors will decide with what offence to charge Massimo Tartaglia, 42, who threw the statue.

Under Italian law if a recovery is deemed to be less than 40 days then the offence is wounding.

However if recovery time is longer then the more serious charge of wounding with intent comes into play.

Websites had hinted at a stunt because of his bizarre reaction in the minutes after the statue was thrown at him, as he was seen bringing a dark cloth to his face in less than a second.

Other footage shows him in his car being handed something by an assistant.

Perhaps the most questionable issue is that rather than leave the area - standard practice after an attack on a VIP - he stands and waves to the crowd before being driven to hospital.

Prosecutor Armando Spataro who is investigating the case has asked for two facial specialists doctors to examine Berlusconi next week and give a report.

A prosecution source said: 'It's an obligatory matter of routine. It has to be done.'

Berlusconi has always insisted that he is the victim of left wing orientated prosecutors and his political allies rallied round him following new sof the medical request.

Francesco Casoli, a senator with Berlusconi's People of Freedom Party, stormed: 'What the prosecutor has asked for is against all good sense and logic.

''In essence by asking for this medical examination the Milan prosecutor is calling into question the health of the Prime Minister - once again the judiciary is showing how it feels superior to the elected authority.'

Dr Zangrillo, who will be at Monday's examination, said: 'To be honest the Prime Minister is still having difficulty eating and he is still in some discomfort which is giving him trouble sleeping.'

A spokesman for the Prime Minister's office said they had no comment to make,. Tartaglia remains in custody after the attack on December 13.

Who will be gullible enough to pay for this?

The banged-up US Airways plane that Capt. Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger deftly landed on the Hudson River a year ago after a flock of geese disabled its engines is being auctioned off.

Insurance firm Chartis, which is holding the online auction, describes the Airbus A320, minus its two engines, as having severe water damage throughout the airframe and impact damage to its underside.

Hi to all.
I have just spent several long hours in facination, and horror, as I watched Simons documentary on 9/11.

I am numb. BUT, I have been seeking the truth to 9/11 and many other social/political landscapes for a very very long time.

Since 9/11 I have had the urge, to for some reason, to learn about Freemasons, Illuminiti, S&B, Etc; secret societies, and I now know why.

Lennon's murder evoked a violent response in my being. I changed to discover I viewed life from the eyes of an Anarchist, one who could not trust, I lost all sense of conformity for several years, until I stabilized to discover I needed to continue on, and I became a drone.

The WTC event, was exactly like a movie. After watching it, I believed it.. But I had questions. My cousin lives in NYC, and he saw the 1st tower burning, but saw a long object hit #2 South.
He was about 4 miles from ground zero.
I asked him if it was a plane, and he said it was more like a missle. so since that conservation, I have always doubted the planes, and these videos tonight are more that proof for me. (GASP)

9.26.08 is the last straw, as I am now dedicating my life to truth.
I lost a large sum of very hard earned cash, and the bankers STOLE it. So be it, that is another story.

Now I need to find the 13th floor, and get off.
