Re: Paris 'Terror attacks' - Friday November 13, 2015
I used the below image to see if these building-features in Rue Amelot match up with those in "Mr Psenny's movie" : http://septclues.com/BATACLAN%20PARIS%2013NOV2015/BataclanExit.JPG They don't. There's a missing doorway. And no, its absence cannot be explained away in any rational manner...

Re: Satellites : general discussion and musings
It is about time someone presents a thorough analysis of the most recent 'space' nonsense(this time by ESA). The Rosetta spacecraft allegedly landed a probe on a comet. The whole thing doesn't even deserve to be called a hoax, as it is simply a silly joke with the gullible public. The 'lie factory' ...

Re: Fakery in Orbit: THE I$$
It is probably illegal, but what if someone tries to aim a powerful laser pointer at the ISS? Let's say you go to a high mountain peak, buy one of the most powerful lasers and wait till IT makes its pass directly above you  Well, of course, the ISS is supposed to be too high, so a laser po...

Re: Velikovsky, Fomenko, and the reinterpretation of History
Yeah, not many people who are serious researchers in detail (on the subjects he covers) can vouch for Fomenko's wildly sweeping allegations. It doesn't look good for Fomenko so far. I still have to read one convincing counter point to see if it's worth my time to pick it up. We should probably glan...

Re: Fakery in Orbit: THE I$$
Have you guys seen the fake photos from space by Chris Hadfield (a former ISS astronaut)? http://qz.com/288018/astronaut-chris-hadfield-took-45000-jaw-dropping-photos-from-space-here-are-some-of-the-best/ Hadfield says that he didn’t want his pictures to look like satellite images. Rather, he wanted...

Re: Velikovsky, Fomenko, and the reinterpretation of History
If anyone still reads this topic, I would like to bring to your attention the hypothesis that Pompeii wasn't destroyed by Vesuvius in 79 AD, but in 1631! _sc5PfjuCqQ In our film we present arguments in favor of a hypothesis that the famous Pompeii in fact finally disappeared off the face of the eart...

Re: Satellites : general discussion and musings
I would like to present to you the infamous 'Tate satellite' http://www2.tate.org.uk/space/webcam.htm The satellite is orbiting at approx 400km from earth in a polar to polar orbit. The satellite orbits earth every 92.56 mins. It has been engineered to cover the globe in 15.56 orbits - 1 day. For mo...

Re: Fakery in Orbit: THE I$$
Could this be NASA's 'swan song'? Is this some kind of sick joke or simply coincidence? Whatever it is, dear Roe77, the thought of ANY modern 2014 rocket blowing up like that on the launch pad - is absurd in itself. Well, I guess you may argue that the "Cygnus" went a bit further up than ...

Re: Fakery in Orbit: THE I$$
Is this because the "launch" is shot in slow motion to make the model rocket look more realistic? You could be right. The footage might be fake. The event might serve a completely different purpose whatsoever. Could there be also some sort of symbolism in the alleged explosion? Cygnus mea...

So digital...so magical. Ah, le cinéma... TGBQazOQfoE quick question: why can't we see those city night lights on the (supposed) live stream? there's nothing but black when it's on the night side of earth. That is a very good question. I guess we can't see any lights, because the whole thing ...

Re: REQUIRED: Introduce Yourself
I have been reading this interesting forum for quite some time now. Many of the topics are thought-provoking and raise a lot of questions(they provide quite a few answers as well). Furthermore, I believe that being skeptical and inquisitive may indeed hone one's critical thinking skills, which I fin...
